I almost choked to death on my pop this morning when I saw this over at Newmax.
Crist: I’m a True Blue Reagan Conservative
The problem for Crist in this is that his actions just don't match his words. I'll grant he has been solid on gun rightsbut the man is anything but fiscally responsible...or does he expect everyone to forget about his support for the 800 billion porkulus...er stimulus monstrosity passed under Obama...you know the one that built frisby golf courses and "saved millions of jobs". Oh and of course there is his support of the other 800 billion dollar boondoggle also known as the executive branch slush fund also known as TARP. SO when it was politically popular Crist was all for breaking the bank but now that he is running he wants everyone to know that he is a true Reagan conservative who would be " turning over in his grave seeing what’s going on in D.C."
And as for his claim that he never supported a tax...what does he consider all his support for green initiatives...just because the tax isnt levied directly against the consumer doesnt mean we don't pay for it. HIs support of cap and trade legislation amounts to what would be the largest tax burden levied against the private sector in history but we are suppose to beleive he is anti-tax.
Crists real record is clear and its not the one he is touting. If you are a conservative in FLorida the only real choice is Rubio.
